Realities and Challenges of U.S.-Cuban Relations

On February 12, join the Center for Latin American Studies and the Latin America Leadership Program in welcoming H.E. José Ramón Cabañas Rodríguez, Cuba’s ambassador to the United States, and the Hon. Jeffrey DeLaurentis (SFS’76), former chargé d'affaires of the U.S. embassy in Havana. The ambassadors will engage in a dialogue at Georgetown University on the strengths and weaknesses of the U.S.-Cuba relationship, the impact of diplomacy on the relationship's trajectory, and recent developments.
